I love spring

Get up, my dear friend, fair and beautiful lover—come to me!
Look around you: Winter is over; the winter rains are over, gone!
Spring flowers are in blossom all over.
The whole world's a choir—and singing!
Spring warblers are filling the forest with sweet arpeggios.
Lilacs are exuberantly purple and perfumed, and cherry trees fragrant with blossoms.
Song of Solomon 2:10 - 14 (The Message)

  1. The first 3 pictures of the transition of the tree are amazing!
We never got this in Uganda so I do have a better appreciation of Spring. Alas, I only realised that it was spring when I took the day off work yesterday. I actually SAW the daffodils, and leaves on the trees for the first time. I've had to leave for the office early at 6.30am when it is still dark, and normally get back home or for evening engagements after 6.00 when it is dark again. But this morning I was pleased to note that it was light when I walked to the train station
In UK we are having a mini heatwave at the moment with highs of 17 degrees celsius! I am SOOOO happy even though this would be considered as 'freezing' in UG
    It's all so magical!
